Welcome to the Love Discomfort Clothing Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our affiliate program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these terms and any updates we may make from time to time.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

1. Communications

  • Approval: The Affiliate must complete the application process and be approved by Love Discomfort to participate in the affiliate program. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
  • Eligibility: The Affiliate must be at least 18 years old and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Acceptance: By applying to the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promotion: As an affiliate, you will promote Love Discomfort products through your website, social media, and/or other channels using the provided affiliate links.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials.
  • Content: You will not promote Love Discomfort through any illegal, misleading, or unethical methods.

3. Affiliate Links

  • Tracking: We will provide you with unique affiliate links to track referrals and sales.
  • Usage: You must use these links as provided and ensure they are properly formatted. Failure to use the correct links may result in untracked sales for which we will not be liable.

4. Commissions

  • Rates: Affiliates earn a commission on sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission rate is 15% as agreed upon at the time of contract agreement.
  • Payment: Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $100.
  • Refunds: If a customer requests a refund for a purchase that generated a commission, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your account.

5. Payment

  • Methods: Payments will be made via bank transfer.
  • Schedule: Payments are processed on the 10th of every month for the previous month’s commissions.
  • Threshold: The minimum payout threshold is $100. If your account balance is below this amount, it will roll over to the next payment period.

6. Termination

  • By Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to Love Discomfort Clothing.
  • By Company: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you will no longer be entitled to earn commissions for sales generated after the termination date.

7. Modification

  • Changes: Love Discomfort Clothing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate platform.
  • Acceptance: Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: Love Discomfort Clothing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the affiliate program.
  • Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability under these terms will not exceed the total commission paid or payable to you under these terms.
