    At Love Discomfort, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations, and we are here to help with our comprehensive return and exchange policy. Please review the following guidelines to facilitate a smooth return or exchange process.

    Eligibility Period

    Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.

    Condition of Item

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear and tear will not be accepted.

    Receipt and Proof of Purchase

    A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. This helps us verify your purchase and process your request efficiently.

    Returns/Exchanges Process

    1. Initiate a RETURN:

    • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Alternatively, you can fill out the return request form.

    2. Return Authorization:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
    • Include the RA number and a copy of your receipt/proof of purchase in your return package.

    3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    Processing Returns:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

    • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item(s).
    • Alternatively, you can fill out the exchange request form.

    2. Exchange Authorization:

    • Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
    • Include the EA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in your return package.

    3. Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

    Processing Exchanges:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your exchange.
    • Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days, subject to the availability of the desired replacement item(s). If the replacement item(s) is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:

    • Undergarments and lingerie
    • Swimwear
    • Face masks
    • Final sale items

    If your product arrives damaged or defective.

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including return shipping costs.

    FOR RETURNS OF ITEMS PURCHASED BY OTHER RETAILERS:

    If you wish to return an item purchased from another than our website, you must contact the specific retailer where your order was made for return/exchange/refunds.
